Mystery boxes are an exciting way to purchase products and receive a wide variety of different items without knowing exactly what's inside! All of our boxes have detailed descriptions, a minimum and maximum retail value of each box, and a category so you’ll always have a general idea of what to expect!

What kind of products should I expect in my Mystery Box?

We source through major liquidation channels so our Mystery Boxes carry a wide variety of name brand and high-quality products from Major retailers seen in store and online retailers. All of the items in our Mystery Boxes are in BRAND NEW condition! We don’t send junk that has beat up packaging or used or returned items, So everything is suitable for gifts! All products are different sizes and shapes so because of that, Our Mystery Boxes come in different sizes, you could get a huge box with big heavy items, a medium size box or a smaller box with smaller expensive items! The things that stay consistent with our Mystery Boxes is the value and quality of the items, So even though the box sizes can be different the Mystery Boxes will always be between the minimum and maximum value listed…So only good surprises here!

Shipping FAQ

Our standard business operating hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM Eastern Time. We ship our Mystery Boxes within 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays) using UPS Ground or USPS. US Orders have a Flat rate shipping charge of $12.99 for each box. (Each Mystery Box ships in a separate box) You can expect to receive your package within 1-6 business days for Standard US shipping.

International orders have calculated shipping and can expect to receive their package within 10-20 business days of order shipment. Due to International custom expenses and potential delays, If more than one box is purchased and is shipped outside the US, The boxes will be combined and shipped together.

Can I return my box?

Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns and all sales are final. It’s highly unlikely you would actually want to return our boxes. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with our Mystery Boxes, please contact us and we will speak with you about your concern and we will try to make it right.
